Rooms that lock with $QUETZ

A Quetz room can require a $QUETZ balance. The chain is checked when someone is admitted, again when they try to post, and whenever an admin sweeps the room, so the guest list is the token itself rather than a link that gets forwarded.

• Every invitee's balance is read from the chain before the room opens
• Drop below the line and your client stops letting you post
• Admins can sweep out members whose balance has lapsed
• Room history stays encrypted to its members, gate or no gate

$QUETZ has not launched yet, so gating is switched off. Rooms work today, they just cannot require a balance until the contract is live.
